SITE DESIGNS This includes the design elements essential to most every page in the site. If most of your other pages resemble the home page in layout, navigating the site will be simpler for the viewer. It also keeps your costs down. Includes logo scanning or one alternate image. The site design fee does not include programming of pages. All pages involve a cost/page. Please contact me for a free quote on your new website design. Text must be provided through electronic file, such as email or an attached text file. Word documents may be supplied but usually incur a small fee due to their formatting. You may also send typewritten pages but there will be a $10 charge for scanning and conversion of each document. DOMAIN NAME & WEB HOSTING $ 282 I can save you time by securing your web hosting account and taking care of your domain registration for you at the yearly price listed. I do not charge Set-up Fees. You will need a domain name (such as www.yourname.com) and a web host. If you are doing business with your name, securing the domain name will be fairly easy. Business names though may already be taken. Typical fees for registering a domain name are $10-30/year. You can check the availability of a domain name HERE. Your web hosting fee covers the monthly costs to have your site hosted on a server, it is not a fee associated with updating/fixing the page contents of your website. JAVASCRIPTS & ACTIONS  Hourly rates $ 60 This covers things such as slide shows, pop-up windows and scrolling text. Pricing is dependant upon the complexity of the features added. These items are not included in the page cost. For all pages: Prices assume text supplied as text file or in an email (preferred method.) Additional charges are incurred for pages where you desire additional formatting to the text or layout. Images may be added to text pages for an additional charge. Your site is designed for proper internet viewing in several of the latest browsers on PC & Mac. It is not designed for printing. I can not troubleshoot printing problems due to the number of variables involved. The maximum length of any page is 1400 pixels. Pages exceeding this length are billable as two pages. BILLING Your account must be paid in full before your website is launched unless we have agreed to a payment plan. PAYMENTS/LATE FEES Yearly webhosting fees must be paid in advance by the due date, typically your account set-up date. You will be notified of the charges and due date via email. Payments not received by the due date will incur a $5 late fee. Payments made more than 30 days late will incur an additional $10 late fee/month. PAYMENT PLANS You may divide your website design balance into as many as 12 payments, with a minimum $50 monthly payment. Each payment incurs a $5 billing fee. Example: your balance is $500 and you elect to make (5) payments. You would pay $105/month for 5 months. All payments are due the first of each month. All payment plans must be secured with a valid Mastercard or Visa. Clients on payment plans agree to have their regular monthy payments in by the first of each month or be subject to a $5 late fee. Failure to make payments as per our agreement may result in the suspension of the website (removal from internet) until payment is received.
